DAY OF APPOINTMENT

*Please read the following information to prepare for your upcoming appointment.*

Arrival

Come to your appointment rested and on time. Space is limited, please come alone to avoid distractions. If you will be late, inform us by text 619-612-1571 . If you are over 30 minutes late without notice, your session will be canceled without a refund. Plan for the whole day without any other commitments that may interfere with your appointment.

Eat.

Eat before arriving and bring snacks and drinks. Prior eating prevents low blood sugar; snacks and drinks maintain levels. Bring plenty of water/juice. You can bring your own bottle; the studio offers refills and complimentary snacks. Plan ahead.

Design.  

Your artist will have a draft of your design ready to see a few days before your appointment or when you arrive for your first appointment. After you review it, the artist and client can discuss any changes needed. The artist will then finalize the tattoo design, make a stencil, and start tattooing on the appointment day. This process may take 30 minutes to 2 hours, and there are no extra fees for it.

Breaks. 

Artists take a 3-5 minute break every two hours and a 30-minute lunch. Please bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks. Nourishment reduces pain and allows for better work. A refrigerator and microwave are available for use.

Dress. 

Wear comfortable clothing to aid the tattoo process. Example, for arm tattoos, consider a tank top or sleeveless shirt. Bring a pillow and/or bath sheet for longer sessions on larger areas.

Entertainment. 

Consider bringing headphones, a book, or a tablet to keep entertained/distracted during your appointment. Artist usually wear headphones to concentrate on the tattoo. Please limit phone calls and minimize movement during the tattoo.

Final Payment.

Full payment is due at the end of each session in cash only. Check your email or contact your artist to confirm your rate beforehand. If you need confirmation, please email in advance.

There is metered street parkings, and various paid parking lots in the immediate area. Allow ample time to find parking, so that you are on time to your appointment.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS / RESCHEDULING:


Deposits are NOT refundable for any reason. (If Applicable)

All cancellations / reschedules without 72 hours notice to the scheduled appointment date will forfeit their deposit, and a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule a new appointment.

No-call / no-shows also forfeit their deposit and may be declined any future service.

You are allowed to reschedule an appointment twice only. Additional reschedules will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. After a deposit is forfeit, you will be required to submit an additional deposit in order to schedule another appointment.

All rescheduled dates must be rebooked within 30 days of the original appointment date. If an agreement hasn't been made within 30 days of cancelling your original appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.  Rescheduled appointments must be within six months from the original appointment date.
