Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules with less than a 5 DAY notice will lose their deposit and need a new one to reschedule.
No-call no-shows also lose their deposit and may be denied future services.
You can reschedule twice; after that, you lose your deposit and must pay a new one to rebook. Reschedules must occur within 30 days, or the deposit is lost. All rescheduled appointments must happen within six months of the original date.
